COVID-19 Updates 

The safety of our clients, patients, and staff is our highest priority. At this time our lobby is closed, and we are providing curbside service only for all appointments and pickups.

Current Hours of Operation

Monday – 9 am – 5 pm

Tuesday – Friday – 9 am – 5 pm

Saturday – 9 am – NOON


If your pet is scheduled for a procedure, please drop off your pet between 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM.

Emergency Service

We are always available should an emergent situation arise with your pet. Please call our main line anytime after hours at 906-249-5667 to reach a doctor.


Curbside Service

We are continuing to utilize our curbside appointment service.  Here are a few guidelines to follow upon arrival for your appointment:

  • TEXT 616-439-4695 from your vehicle and provide us with the following information so we can efficiently check you in for your appointment:

    • Pet’s name, your name, car make and color, and what number space you are parked in

  • If you do not have the ability to text, you may call our main line at 906-249-5667 and let us know you are here.

  • Please stay in or near your car while your pet is in the clinic for their appointment. 

  • Our staff will contact you via phone once your pet’s appointment is complete with the appointment summary and to collect payment. 

  • We will return your pet to your car when they are done. If the Dr. needs to discuss anything with you, they will come out to your car to discuss in person.


Prescription Refills or Food Purchases

NOTE: Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills, and payment is required via credit card before it can be filled.

If you need a prescription refill for your pet or need food, you may:

  • Please call 906-249-5667 and follow prompt 1. 

  • Leave your information for our staff to review and complete your request.

  • Staff will contact you to get payment over the phone

  • After the refill is complete, you may pick it up in the front entrance of our building through the screen door. Your name will be on your pickup order.



We want to do our part to protect our community, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility. In an effort to protect our clients and our staff, please do not come to the clinic if you are currently ill, have had exposure to COVID-19, or have traveled recently.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns as we weather this highly unusual situation together!
